When in Europe

We haven't had a chance to update you all on what Charlie's been up to these last few weeks, let's just say, we've been busy but always fabulous!

What does Charlie do that makes us all tilt our heads in admiration?  Charlie Lapson flew into Manchester and Liverpool where he worked with QVC and juggled his time between meetings. The perfect end to his time spent there was a lovely dinner at the counry-side of Manchester and also, a little bit of adventure in the fashion areas of Northern England.

After the busy time, Charlie hopped on a train to Central London for a few more press meetings and interviews. Here, he also celebrated his fourth anniversary working with QVC by introducing his new selection of handbags and jewelry on a QVC special show featuring Charlie Lapson. Between all these events in London, Charlie got to dine with several TV presenters discussing innovative and exciting ideas for the future.

Once the London chapter ended, Charlie flew to Tuscany and spent a considerable amount of time in Florence, searching for the perfect type of leather for his upcoming handbag collection. Charlie found inspiration from his surroundings filled with vibrant colors, people, and music. While in Tuscany, Charlie visited one of his favorite cafes called "Gilli" and took the time to enjoy the magnificent architecture, art, and fashion that the most beautiful city in Italy has to offer.

His last stop was in Milan for a few more meetings and casual dinners with friends in the Brera district, known for its artsy and fashionable shops and settings. His busy and exciting trip came to an end with the utmost satisfaction as Charlie returned to Los Angeles with his new ideas, ever ready to begin planning his new line.

Dancing & Signing with the Stars

The past few weeks have been hectic here at work, but always fun and totally glam! It's ridiculous how many talented artists Charlie call as friends and its always a plus when we get the chance to work with them.

We've been an avid fan of "So You Think You Can Dance? since it started a few years ago. My personal favorites are the lyrical pieces, I must admit I've shed a tear or two watching them, like this piece and the Emmy nominated one, both choreographed by Stacey Tookey. It just so happens that Charlie is great friends with the talented Ms. Tookey, (Just my luck right?!) Which brings us to the update, a couple of weeks ago, Charlie got to attend one of the shows with Stacey Tookey and had a blast. Charlie got to go backstage, meet the contestants, and watch the show! Second but certainly not any less exciting, Charlie had actress Andrea Evans, star of long-time running soap opera "The Young and The Restless," visit the showroom last week. Both Charlie and Andrea are dedicated in helping with Breast Cancer Care. To help, Andrea signed one of our favorite cosmetic cases for charity. For more about Charlie and his charity works, check us out in the next few weeks for more exciting news! But all you need to remember for now is this: Compassion for Fashion! CFF!
